About our team
Our team of service and installation engineers are fully trained on the latest equipment and are City & Guilds certified. Our engineers are directly employed by Procool, which means that we have direct control over the quality of the installation and can back up any guarantees in place. Procool is fully compliant with all current F-Gas regulations and we are registered with REFCOM.

Our obligations
Procool is fully compliant with all current F-Gas requirements, in line with the EU F-Gas Regulation.
This requires all businesses that install, maintain and/or service stationary refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump (RAC) equipment containing F-gas refrigerants to hold a company certificate issued by an appointed body.
The regulation also obliges all companies and organisations that operate an air conditioning plant to make sure all fluorinated greenhouse gases are contained within their system. You can see the complete guidelines here.
At Procool, we take these obligations extremely seriously. That’s why we’re registered with REFCOM (registration number: REF1011114), who are appointed by DEFRA to operate as a certification body under the F-Gas regulation.
